We are near the close of the Cityful project!

On the 8th February 2024 the Final Meeting was held online.
The Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo was involved as lead partner, in cooperation with the social enterprise Itinerari Paralleli (Italy), the association Nordic European Mobility (Sweden), the network Co-Actions (France) and the incubator Trokut Sibenik (Croatia).

The project, with a duration of two years, had the objective of implementing the connection between youth and the Third Sector, offering young people the opportunity to develop the knowledge and skills useful to become active citizens and protagonists of social innovation processes and, at the same time, supporting the ability to accommodate the social and economic demands of the new generations, creating employment and spaces of expression.

The main purpose of the last meeting was to have a further discussion with all project partners to talk about the activities carried out and to give an evaluation based on the results provided.
The project produced two project results: the digital educational game Cityful and the training course for youth workers. The game aims to contribute to the activation of NEETs and to change their view of the Third Sector by showing the target group how it can offer a range of interesting answers to their needs. Furthermore, the two outcomes produced both aim to train and equip youth workers, making them able to support and activate young NEETs.

We are really satisfied with the work done throughout the project, we hope it will be a starting point for future collaborations!
