On November 15, 2023, the Multiplier Event of the Cityful project was held at Il Pertini Cultural Center.
The project, co-funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus+ program, aims to produce a game that allows European NEETs and Drop outs (young people who have dropped out of school) to learn about the Third Sector as a possible world of professional and personal growth.
In the first part of the morning it was possible to present the project, highlighting the goals and needs that Cityful aimed to respond to. Special emphasis was then given to the two Project Results, showing participants the process that led the paternariat to develop the Cityful game and the Youth Worker manual.
Once the general context of the project was presented, it was possible to attend the feedback from the participants who took part in the Learning Activity in March in Chiavenna during which they were able to test the beta version of the game.
The Learning Activity phase turned out to be of particular importance because by directly testing the game it was possible to receive feedback from the young people that turned out to be crucial for the realization of the final game.
Subsequently, it was possible to attend the feedback from the peer-to-peer dissemination youth who tested the final game in October.
The opinions of all participants turned out to be of fundamental importance to stimulate discussion and have various points of view on the game.
In the second part of the morning, the activity was tested. All participants were divided into various groups, again interfacing with the Cityful game. Testing the game one more time has proved to be effective in connecting various young people and stimulating discussion.
Then in the afternoon there was a guided tour of Il Pertini, a cultural center located in Cinisello Balsamo that over the years has acquired particular value for the countless initiatives arranged for young people, and not only.
The Multiplier Event proved to be a pleasant opportunity to reiterate the importance of this project.
