"The Didactic Mine of Youth Work" is a project that aims to promote an entrepreneurial mindset among youth in the social sector, support their communities, and improve the quality of development and innovation in youth work.
The two-year project is the result of a partnership composed of TDM2000 (Lead Partner), the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, NGO IUVENTA (Serbia) Corbiz (Turkey) IED (Greece) Intercultura (France) and Media Creativa (Spain).
Project outputs include the publication of 8 newsletters by Partner IED.
Through the third newsletter, it was announced that the consortium has achieved a significant milestone in the project. The first result of the "Didactic Mine" project,
the E-book, is almost ready containing 30 didactical activities focused on entrepreneurial education and social entrepreneurship.
The E-book is designed to empower and support three different target groups:
• Kids aged between 6 and 11.
• Teenagers aged between 12 and 17.
• Youth in NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) from 18 to 30
This resource has been thoughtfully crafted to address one of the main objectives of the project - to assist youth workers in guiding and empowering young individuals through the crucial phase of transition from childhood to adulthood. The E-book covers a comprehensive development path, catering to youngsters from an early age to adult life.
Currently, all partners are experimenting with these activities at the local level with the target groups. The insights gathered at this stage will be valuable in refining and finalizing the E-book, ensuring that it is a useful and valuable resource for all.
The consortium is also delighted to present the newly developed website of the "Didactic Mine of Youth Work" project.
Visit https://didacticmine.socialentrepreneurship-youth.eu/ to discover more about the project, its goals, and the positive impact it aims to create. Explore the website to access project-related resources, updates, and inspiring stories of change.
As we move forward, there are many exciting activities and initiatives on the horizon within the scope of the "Didactic Mine" project. We encourage all our readers to stay connected and engaged to be a part of this transformative journey. Together, we can create a brighter future for the youth and their communities!
