The project, launched in April 2022, had as its main objective the creation of new connections between young social entrepreneurs, socio-educational animators, and policymakers. The aim was to develop an innovative system of networks and strategies to enhance the resources of new generations and amplify the impact of their projects on local territories.

The Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo, together with partners from Edremit (Turkey), Art Kontakt (Albania), Orhideja Stolac (Bosnia and Herzegovina), and Touristic Kluster (Montenegro), worked on crucial themes such as sustainable tourism, the promotion of cultural heritage, and the creative industry, with the goal of transforming these sectors into tools for development for local communities.

Three years after the staring of the project, this meeting was an important opportunity to assess the results achieved and reflect on the journey undertaken. Among the main activities of the meeting, individual actions and results were analyzed, with particular attention given to capacity-building activities that strengthened the skills of youth workers, public institutions, and the involved organizations. Another key topic was the impact of fundraising campaigns, which played a decisive role in ensuring the sustainability of the organizations and in engaging local communities more deeply.

The meeting also served as an opportunity to exchange best practices and discuss how to continue strengthening the network among project partners to ensure the launch of initiatives that can continue to have a positive impact even after the project’s conclusion. The discussion then focused on the future, with the definition of follow-up actions to keep the collaboration network alive and continue working towards the sustainability of the activities launched.
