The Online Training Course for the Make it Grow! project was held from March 20-23, 2023.
Make it Grow! is a project financed by the Erasmus+ - Capacity Building program under the Youth umbrella and involving the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo (as Lead Partner) in collaboration with the Municipality of Edremit (Turkey) and the associations Art Kontakt (Albania), Orhideja Stolac (Bosnia Herzegovina) and Touristic Kluster (Montenegro).

The Online Training Course-which is the final part of a course that began in September 2022 in Cinisello Balsamo with the holding of an in-person training- had the goal of increasing participants’ knowledge and skills on the topic of social entrepreneurship and community involvement in projects with local impact.

The Training Course, which involved a total of 16 participants including young people interested in entrepreneurship, youth workers and policy makers from partner countries, was organized as follows:
 the first two days focused on reviewing the policy paper. The policy paper, one of the main outputs of this project, is aimed at explaining how municipalities can support youth entrepreneurship and, in addition to that, provides guidelines on how to implement local-level youth entrepreneurship development projects.
 the third day a professional in the field held a session on business model canva, one of the most important tools for those who want to tackle the world of social and non-social entrepreneurship.
 on the fourth and final day, thanks to the session held by the Meraki association, participants were able to confront the world of crowfunding.
