On February 20th and 21st, The scheduled interviews for the actigame project were recorded. The Actigame project is funded by Erasmus+, on which the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo is working in collaboration with the Spanish lead organization EUducate, the Romanian association Dominou and the Czech organization Be International.
The aim of the project is to raise awareness among young people on issues of active citizenship, not only focusing on the right to vote, but also on the context of youth employment.
The project aims, therefore, to stimulate youth participation in citizenship through "gamification," or the use of interactive games and nonformal educational methodologies. After a training course held in Moclìn, Granada, and the dissemination of online questionnaires on the project’s topics, the next step was the creation of four video interviews, with the aim of gathering more
information about young people’s active participation in citizenship. In particular, were interviewed two young people, a youth worker and the councillor for Youth Policies of the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo.
We got feedback from different categories on what active citizenship is for them and ways to
fully realize it.
