In recent months, the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo has continued to work on the Spur project – Post-Covid Social Urban Revitalization, with the aim of developing more sustainable cities and reducing inequalities.

Specifically, between June and September, surveys were conducted in our area through interviews and focus groups to answer the questions of the second work package of the project. The interviews were held with young people under 30 and individuals over 65, with the goal of understanding and investigating how social and relational dynamics have changed within the community after Covid.

At this stage, we have reached Work Package 4 of the project, which involves organizing public consultations with the two main target groups of the project. We have organized two focus groups that allowed us to listen to the needs and ideas of the citizens.

The next steps involve organizing events or activities in the area that can respond to the needs identified through the public consultations.
