On 21st May the final event of the european project You(th) Can Thrive - Enhancing adaptability, resilience and learnability skills in young employees took place in Villa Ghirlanda, Cinisello Balsamo.

During the event there were also the partners from the cypriot organization Koken (Cyprus Youth Clubs Organisation) to present the project results: two "How-to" kit for young employees and employers.

More specifically, for the manual for young employees, we presented some advises and techniques useful to face stressful situations and burnout, due to job environment, while for the manual addressed to employers, we showed practical methods on how to help their employees developing a healthy work-life balance.

The two "How-to" kits had been printed and given to the participants during the dissemination, and on the website is possible to find out other materials, such as podcasts or articles, useful to understand better the main theme of the project.

Moreover, as this is the last part of the project, the final meeting took place in Cinisello Balsamo too, in order to review the main steps and the results achieved, strating from th focus groups until the social media campaign and the manuals.

After one year, we are satisfied to have shared a project about an important topic and fundamental for youth nowadays, and for their mental and physical health!
