The second episode of the Podcast Hello World has been released.
Hello World is a year long youth podcast project funded by Erasmus+ and organised by seven different countries (Norway, Sweden, Italy, Turkey, Finland, Denmark and Lithuania), aiming to promote active citizenship and strengthen their emotional and digital literacy.
The theme of the second episode is "The power of expression". The episode deals with issues such as: the power to communicate their emotions and the importance of expressing feelings even between adults and children.
“…Why is it so hard to feel like we are good enough? And what do we do, when everything looks so great on the surface but it feels like we’re crumbling into pieces on the inside? Why is it so hard to express how we truly feel about something? And how do we ask for help?…”
In the second episode of “Hello World”, Lykke and Thea from Norway share an conversation with actress, writer and influencer Ulrikke Falk, who might be best known as Vilde from Skam. We also get to listen to an interview by Esther from Sweden who talks to Siri about the power of expressing yourself through words and music. Siri also wrote and recorded the lead tune in this episode.
