It starts with the first project action "Start up your ciny", the project of which the Municipality of Cinsiello balsamo is leader within the regional call "Lombardy is Young 2024".
Young people between 18 and 34 years old who enroll will be offered the possibility of participating free of charge in the Training Course for Cultural and Creative Enterprises run by the professional trainers of Magma Impresa Sociale.
Starting and managing a cultural enterprise today means being able to combine creativity, strategic vision and technical skills, responding to the challenges of an ever-changing environment. The training course is aimed at those who wish to take this path, providing practical tools and transversal knowledge to give life to sustainable projects and value. It will start with an overview of the world of cultural and creative enterprises, exploring what it means to be a business today, between innovation, sustainability and social impact. Through dedicated modules, participants will learn how to build a business plan, plan and design activities, and navigate the regulatory aspects of starting and running an organization. There will be a lot of information on fundraising and the creation of strategic partnerships with public and private entities, essential elements for the success of any cultural initiative. One central theme will be the impact of cultural enterprises on territories: we will explore how these activities can regenerate communities, stimulate participation and create shared value.
The course is completed by sessions dedicated to soft skills development (such as negotiation, time management, effective communication and inclusive leadership) and communication (from the creation of press office strategies and storytelling, to the use of photography and social media to broaden the audience). The event will be enriched by direct testimonials: visits to innovative cultural enterprises and meetings with managers and mentors who will bring inspirational experiences, Giving participants a concrete and stimulating insight into what it means to turn an idea into a successful project. This path is intended to be not only a training, but also a springboard for building the future of young cultural enterprises.
The course will be divided into modules, divided by topics, and you can take the whole course or choose to follow only certain topics according to your interest.
