Teens in the lead

Project name and description:
“TEENs in the lead”- is an Erasmus+ KA154 project, which aims at participation as active citizens, especially by a young audience (16-29).
The project is aimed at learning how the European Union works, in terms of business and internal organization.

Duration, program and funding:
The project has a total duration of 24 months and involves 5 partners from 5 different countries;

Specific objectives:
This activity aims to provide knowledge to young people to better understand the functioning of the European Union. The activity is aimed at forming young participants as active and engaged citizens.

Project activities:
 presentation of the project and introduction to the topics that will be covered (partner activity with 20 participants)
 MOOC course on Cerberum.gr in which young people will participate to prepare for the activities that will be carried out
 international event “Teens Youth Activation Event” in Athens (total of 5 days);
 visit to EU institutions and organizations in Brussels (total of 4 days);

Final product:
 collection of audio-visual material (photos, videos, interviews with participants…)
 creation of study lines/guidelines on the topics covered during the exchange
 rules of procedure for the simulation methodology
 report based on the implementation of each phase of the activities (including the opinions of the various participants, each partner must contribute).
