Consultation to local agencies - "European Services for extended areas" (SEAV)

The project
The project LOMBARDIA EUROPA 2020 aims to create "European Services for extended areas", designed to promote the development of local network.
The goal is to encourage local agencies to collaborate together in order to reinforce skills and knowledge about European funds related to regional programmatic priorities.
In the setting of reorganization of institutional set up, the law 56/14 (Legge Delrio) shows the possibility to activate flexible forms of associated management among the municipalities in extended areas encouraging the city and the municipal state capitals to propose their own European services to metropolitan and provincial area.
The law n. 56/14 (Legge Delrio) introduces the innovative theme - but in line with the position of the European Union - of cooperative and collaborative government on European policies, in particular the ones pointed on the actualization of the urban agenda (Amsterdam pact, 2016).
Seav is a network of public subjects that, in cooperation with territorial subjects, activate innovative projects following the logic of capacity building that could allow to gain useful and important results, as they are long lasting.
Specific Objectives
- Raise knowledge of the public administrators about the financial opporunities offered from the EU
- Improve specialized competences of the local agencies’ employees about the European planning.
- Give value to the experience of political policies and financial tools about European plannning.
- Start strategies on cooperation and partnership of organizations belonging to different levels, in order to create the "SEAV"
