JOB WEEK 2025 IN CINISELLO BALSAMO: MEETING BETWEEN YOUTH, INSTITUTIONS, AND COMPANIES.

From March 31 to April 4, 2025, the second edition of Job Week took place, funded by the “Start up your Ciny” project, supported by Regione Lombardia.
The event was organized at Villa Ghirlanda Silva with the aim of supporting young people in career orientation, entrepreneurship, and training pathways.
It was an opportunity for young people under 35 to meet with the administration and get to know numerous companies and associations.

During the week, the invited companies and associations participated in conferences and workshops, presenting their businesses and highlighting their strengths, such as sustainability, product quality, and service expansion.

Workshops and labs were held on topics related to the development of transversal skills and youth entrepreneurship, while the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo had the opportunity to present the “Start up your Ciny” project and the orientation and mobility opportunities abroad offered by the Eurodesk agency.
The event provided young people with the chance to engage in job searching and gave companies the opportunity to meet new talent, thus fostering greater employment opportunities for both.
