The Job Week returns to Cinisello Balsamo: an opportunity for growth for young people and businesses

From March 31 to April 4, 2025, Villa Ghirlanda Silva will host the second edition of Job Week, an event organized by the Municipality of Cinisello Balsamo in collaboration with the Business and Labor Table, which brings together 23 entities, including associations, training organizations, and the Employment Center.

Following the first edition event in October 2023, this year the initiative is part of the “Start up your Ciny” project, funded by the Lombardy Region, aiming to support young people in career guidance, entrepreneurship, and training.

The event will be an important networking opportunity, with workshops, seminars, and meetings between job seekers and employers, aimed at young people and anyone looking for new opportunities.

In particular, March 31 will be dedicated to high school seniors, with a day of orientation that includes conferences with experts in technical fields, graphics, and content creation.

During the week, participants will also be able to access consultations on CV writing, employment contracts, and self-employment opportunities, with the presence of numerous company desks.
According to Mayor Giacomo Ghilardi, Job Week represents a bridge between young people and businesses, aiming to offer growth opportunities. Councilor Maria Gabriella Fumagalli emphasizes the importance of direct dialogue between schools and the world of work, while Daniela Maggi, Councilor for Youth Policies, highlights how the “Start up your Ciny” project supports youth creativity and entrepreneurship.
