On the 10th October 2023 , the Focus Group for the european project "Thrive - Enhancing adaptability, resilience and learnability skills in young employees", financied by the Erasmus+ program and with the cypriot organization KOKEN, the leader partner, took place at the Coworking Cofò of Cinisello Balsamo.
The Focus Group is an activity with the purpose of collecting data, opinions and views about mental health, resilience and work-life balance, that will be the content basis for the development of project outputs, the two online kit "How-to", one for the employers and one for the young employees.
At the Focus Group there were young new employees between 18 and 30 years old, employers from any work sector and two organisational psychologist.
All the questions allowed the creation of a debate and an exchange of ideas regarding the working environment, the stress and pressure management and the balance between work duties and personal activities.
Everyone had the opportunity to share their own opinions and advices that will be fundamental to write the two documents during the next months.
